ENHANCED
BIRTH package

£3100

Recommended for first time parents, bookings before week 30, so called ”births outside of guidelines” and for those who wish to do the full process with me.

This package is for you if:

  • You are seeking a comprehensive understanding of your options
  • You want a supportive presence to help you feel confident and informed
  • You want your partner to feel actively involved and equipped with the knowledge and practical skills to support you physically and emotionally throughout labour
  • You wish to prioritise your healing and recovery and would like to receive a postpartum body treatment
  • You would benefit from additional antenatal support focused in biomechanics for pregnancy and birth.

With this package, you will:

  • Step into birth feeling reassured, calm and truly ready
  • Gain a deeper understanding of your options, feeling confident and empowered in your choices
  • Have a partner who is ready to support you physically and emotionally throughout labour
  • Look back at your birth knowing you moved through it feeling prepared, supported and backed by your team
  • Give your body and mind the space and support they need to heal and integrate
  • Feel at peace with your birth and pregnancy journey, knowing you made aligned choices
  • Look back knowing you gave both yourself and your baby the best possible start, free from regret or doubt.

Everything included in the Essential Birth package, plus:

  • One additional antenatal session with a physical focus where we explore biomechanics (aka spinning babies) for birth preparation and optimization and how to physically support you in labour.
  • Continuous remote support from the moment of booking up to 6 weeks postpartum
  • A Closing of the Bones (‘’encaderamiento’’) postpartum treatment. This is a Latin American treatment that has been passed from generation to generation in the female family lineage of healer Rocio Alarcon, that improves the speed of healing, tissue realignment and repositioning of organs after the birth.

FAQ

I offer personalised, continuous support through pregnancy, birth and the early postpartum period. Each package is designed to provide clarity, containment and continuity so you don’t have to navigate this journey alone.

Which package is for me? I’m unsure.

I could give you some recommendations during our discovery call once I get to know you better and understand where you are at. You can always upgrade throughout the journey if your circumstances change and you have a need for extra support from me.

Are there payment plans available?

Yes. Monthly payment plans are available from the moment you book me up until 34 weeks of pregnancy.

I have Carrot insurance and I’m not sure if you are approved by Carrot?

Yes, I am a Carrot-approved doula.

Does a birth doula replace the role of a partner?

Absolutely not. It actually strengthens and promotes it if your partner wishes to be involved during the process.

When should I book a birth doula?

I think the earlier the better because there is value in developing our connection and me getting to know you as much as possible before the birth. Having said that, it is never too late and I have been booked at all points during pregnancy, even after the on call period had already started!
